I've met a few men in the past who through threesomes have been involved with giving/receiving oral and anal with the other man in the threesome.
In most cases, from what they've told me, it was done at the request of a dominant female or just kind of "happened" as part of the sex activities during the 3some. My thoughts had always been that if a man truly enjoyed the taste and feel of another man and especially seemed to enjoy swallowing or taking the other man's cum from the woman involved, this meant he was at the very least bi if not gay.
